| To validate sensor designs and manufacturing processes, our Validation Laboratory simulates a variety of actual operating conditions. For example, this high-speed geartooth tester, built on-site by our Special Equipment department, ensures the accuracy of camshaft, crankshaft, and transmission sensors. It dynamically tests product performance under a wide range of environmental conditions like temperature (-40 °C to 165 °C), airgap, speed, and offset, and rotates the target up to 8 000 RPM. | |
